We would like to introduce a case study analyzing the planetary stirring of a highly viscous fluid using the particle method analysis software "Particleworks." The purpose of this analysis was to compare the flow state, mixing degree, and torque within the container between two types of blades in order to understand the characteristics of the blades. This example introduces how to integrate three software programs to reduce noise without compromising the electrical performance of a reactor. First, the general-purpose parameter optimization software "AMDESS" rewrites the VB script file of the 3D CAD software "SolidWorks" with trial dimensions, changing the model dimensions. Next, the electromagnetic field analysis software "JMAG" communicates with "SolidWorks" to import the CAD model, perform meshing and analysis, and "AMDESS" extracts responses from the analysis results of "JMAG." [Analysis Case] Eddy Current Analysis of Perforated Conductors Using External Coils

Comparison under three conditions: FEM, external field coils, and measurement values! An analysis with the coils moved was also conducted.

We will introduce the analysis results using the finite element method (FEM) with coils and external field coils for the same analysis target. We adopted "Team Workshop Problem 7," which involves placing a coil on a perforated conductor. Since this problem has measurement values, we compared the results under three conditions: FEM, external field coil, and measurement values, and also conducted an analysis with the coil moved.
